I used to apply via booths over a decade ago but since covid I haven't seen them around as much as online applications seem to be the norm. Now tempted to try getting a UOB card via a booth as my previous online application a year ago was rejected. I see UOB booths every where (the malls, anyway); go try la. Of course they'll tell you online application more likely to be rejected, yada yada yada... you're also doing them a favour lol
