I'm going to start my very first Diet Schedule...
Hope I can maintain it... Yahoo..
Age : 26 years old
Gender : Female
Height : 158cm
Weight : 80 kgs... ( damn.. it is too much !!! =.= !! )
Normal Schedule :
Breakfast : Nasi lemak, or keow teow goreng or mee goreng or bee hoon goreng .. all will add with chicken and fried egg...
Lunch : Eat outside with colleagues ( McDonald... nasi lemak, nasi campur ... pasta... etc)
Tea time : Bubble tea ..
Dinner : Nasi campur...
** NO EXERCISE **
My current schedule.. Start now..
Breakfast : Dutch Lady chocolate milk + cereals / bread / biscuits
Lunch : Yogurt drink + fruits..
Tea time : fruits
Dinner ( take before 8pm ) : nasi campur ( vege + fish + egg)
exercise :
Morning : Stretching ( 20 mins )
Evening : Maybe swimming ..
Night : Sit up...
