Vexus, what are you trying to say? lol. I called up streamyx 3 times now, and all 3 different staffs told me "huh, internet slowdown? hairan, tidak sepatutnya ada slowdown kerana TIDAK ADA MAINTENANCE sekarang", and TM never announce anything - so i do not know how you got the idea of 'damage international submarine cable' (unless they are scared to announce such faulty?).

Omg, their reply is so pathetic lol. At the very least they said they are AWARE of the slowdown, better than those staffs who said "connection slowdown? hairan, tidak sepatutnya ada slowdown di kawasan anda" - they doesn't know everyone here is suffering from those lags ^^
