Having extreme latency in playing World of Warcraft since 2 weeks ago, called streamyx customer service several times, they ASSURED me that it is not their problem and after i forced them to level this issue to their manager, and their manager called me next morning and with a RUDE tone, saying that they can't do anything about it and proceed to tell me that they are going to close my ticket.

I guess this is how streamyx works. Telling a customer that they can do nothing without even investigating and addressing the issue.

i have an interesting question, if what they claim about underwater cable broken is true, why some of us are getting our full speed during specific hours. I got full speed after 1.30a.m till 9.00a.m then it gets back to shit. I suspect they are intentionally capping it despite denying it when i called 100.

My online game latency shot up to 15k ms today. It is getting from bad to worse. :/

SKMM staff call me and ask me to describe my complain, then she say will contact shitmyx to resolve this issue. Few hours later, Main office TM staff call me ask me about my problem. After describing it to him, he say will contact my area's TM staff(melaka). Melaka TM staff RUDELY ask me what problem again and hung up on me before i can finish telling him my problem. Then next day magic occur and phone calls from main office TM staff ask me whether my problem is resolved after they look into my line. When i ask him what is the problem, he say they changed the cable.

Now my speed came back to before AAG cable break. Still have random spike from time to time but i am satisfied already.
