Just now when reach 12am, which is 1st August, my Internet connection really farking slow! Call to 100 at 2.00AM and they staff told me nationwide slow down, which start from 1st August till 7 August!!!!!!. WHY TAKING SO LONG TO RECOVER?!?!!?!! DAMN!!!

Well guys, whole night I can;t do anything on Internet. DAMN. You guys should call 100 to complaint, although they won;t let you open a report number. But still, go and complaint, let them know this affect all of us.

mine still haven't back to normal since 12AM this morning. I can't even browse International Website, Streamyx 1mbps from Sentul.

Ok I guess I'm being capped now. I'm 1mbps subscriber. When 1st August my Internet connection were so slow due to the what what underwater cable from Asia to US were down and being told will be fix on 8 August. After 8 August, my download speed maximum only can reach 120kbps!!!! Last time 150-180kbps stable stable. Make report and complaint but they said no FUP apply to me and now i check the thread here and confirm they capped me. Who knows I still want the technician to come my house! I want waste their man power!

I guess they are not capping me but reset bak to 1mbps speed. so my current speed is the maximum speed.

It always under my consideration whether to apply for Unifi as gonna tie up with the 2 years contract. Well it is fine for me but if within this 2 years there is no FUP enforce on it then I will apply it immediately. But who knows once I got my Unifi, they start FUP after few month then I can't enjoy the unlimited usage.
