QUOTE(Glitch90 @ Aug 23 2011, 11:59 PM) So guys just a news for all the Streamyx users. TM is gonna shut down streamyx by 2012 WTH that they think! Did they realize that STREAMYX user are scattered all around Malaysia... not like UNIFI where it is only available for the certain those so called "high-economic impact" territory... Before they want to "shutdown" the Streamyx, make sure you TM, make Unifi available to whole Malaysia! |

QUOTE(amirudin920927 @ Oct 30 2011, 10:06 AM) yaa i'm using wireless.. is that bcoz of it? then how to reduce the ping while using wireless? Yea... your ping will increase just a bit when using wireless connection... That's why if you want to test your speed, you need to do it via LAN cable connected through your router and PC/Lappy... btw, where u live? Oh, I live somewhere in Perak... |

QUOTE(logit85 @ Nov 22 2011, 11:36 PM) today technical come my house i seen that muslim guy orang tua You're not the only one who are facing that kind of situation... technical asking me use spliter i have told him internet slow he checking phone line test now he said phone line good not solve he test speed using http://58.27.100.110/index4.php?1282695614# speed 1034kbps only he said ok daam last old speed can get 1530kbps+ and 4.30pm another technical come my house checking i have told him very slow internet he said line good sigh he do phone line cable short cut to join cable not whole new cable 2hours technical sit my house to doing testing sigh i tested i got speed 1.03mb only but not 1.40mb sigh i tell him aug and septher internet very good fast we can get 1.45mb or 1.40mb october and noverber speed very bad now not solve technical said dont to do compalnt mcmc and twitter he said tmnet comapny Kuala lumpur boss marah i a lot compalant about slow internet he said dont to do a lot complant for mcm and twitter sigh twitter link http://twitter.com/#!/tmconnects he said if got problem internet then call 100 only sigh why like that Do you notice recently, lots of post from other 1Mbps user also stated the same things... TM has imposed the 'should-be' speed for most of the 1Mbps user since two months ago... And yes, you're paid for 1Mbps, and that what you should get.... Honeymoon time is over (what I mean by honeymoon time is when you got the 1.5Mbps speed)... Perhaps TM wants to "force" the user to upgrade to Unifi eventhough Unifi only cover specific amount of area in Malaysia.. Personally, if that's what TM intend to do, for me, It's really unfair for all of the Streamyx user.... This post has been edited by AjkR06: Nov 23 2011, 12:38 AM |

QUOTE(qwen234 @ Dec 3 2011, 07:31 PM) Yes, usually they will update your speed within 48 hours (2 days) from the date of the technician come to your house... Most probably, all process will be done within working days, and today and tomorrow is the weekends, thus you need to wait until Monday for the change to take effect. |
