my torrent normal dl speed is back.. running at 80-90kBps (1 Mbps user) after 10pm (just now)..

Internet now can work - that's one way to put it. International sites are normal speeds. Can't say about download speeds as I am on P2P most of the time. Yes, utorrent works. No need modify anything just incoming port set from 57000 - 58000 (this range you should try randomizing).
