anyody from kepong using 1mb streamyx facing slow connection problem? My line start from last night 2-3a.m until now got slow connection problem... loading anypage also see nothing come out... google, lowyat.net,etc...all show nothing... try restart evrything still same. now at my neighbour house using their unifi online no problem woh....all very fast....

nope, you are subscribing the old plan... i think it is 2mbps last time.., because 4mbps is a bit expensive last time..

if you have finished your contract.. better you terminate and then.. subscribe new package..

Wonder if anyone facing disconnecting problem?

Once disconnected, it takes a few minutes for my modem to try before logging in again. It keeps showing Authentication Fail error until it can connect back.

Any idea if something is wrong with the modem or line here?

Anybody experience throttling? I think I'm throttled. After 7pm till about 12am, my speed really sucks. Mediafire with IDM barely touches 100KB/s. Same goes to youtube. Really slow. Only after midnight that my speed touches 500KB/s. Before this it was all smooth sailing

my streamyx 4mbps also slow .. download is ok .. got around 500 kpbs .. however ping is always high .. keep 80 ms and youtube also no good to watch .. slow bit >.< ..

1MB here, i face same problem with didi2007. Around 8pm-12am my line speed also suck.
I face this problem since end of january 2012. Ping is very high around 400-500.
Normal is around 60-80. @@

Anyone from Shah Alam seksyen 7 having freakin slow Streamys speed??

I'm from Penang, have been experiencing slow surfing speeds for almost 2 weeks, complaint endlessly and nothing happens. Damn .........

not slow speed, is always not able to load website and dc which are the most sickening
