What are the top 5 best, or just our most favorite, Jailbreak apps and tweaks for iPhone? Cydia is filled with wonderful tools and applications to enhance your iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad. I'll start off with my top 5 preferences. Just follow up by naming the Top 5 apps / tweaks of your choice and WHY.

My top 5 list 2010:
1) Winterboard - The best way to customize your springboard was by using WinterBoard, pictures explain all. Sorry, have not got my time to custom my status bar and incompatibility of teknologi icons sobs


2) Sbsettings - It's a must, for convenient seek durh. Swipe toggle to ON/OFF rather than going to settings.app and blah blah blah.


3) FakeClockUp - It seems to make my iPhoney look faster. More importantly its FREE Sample of the video as per youtube. Not mine thou.


4) RemoveBackground - no more tapping each app one by one to close them on the multitask bar.

5) Activator - Activate apps via gestures, buttons and shortcuts. With this i have shortcuts made specifically for home button and power button. Eliminates the problem of unresponsive home & power button eventhou I know how to fix it myself.


That's all about my top 5, what about you guys?

I have no problem with iSwipe. Just that don't like it at all. Would rather tap note by note. arghhhh...

Install winterboard from Cydia.
Download trooper logo here.
Then follow steps here.
Don't forget to replace the "ATT" with your carrier name.

You can use iblank for it.

If you mean preventing iPhone into sleep mode then insomnia. Apparently, there is no tweak for waking up without pressing any buttons.

I followed blindly on youtube video coming out with this theme. It is called teknologi theme. In fact, I just don't know how to set picture 2 without looking into guides. lol not good with themes.

I do not install winterboard as well. Its very tedious thinggy to do when is needed to brain themes customization steps. Very laggy, and is no longer in my top 5 list.

Anyhow, not to miss is definitely bitesms Is a must for me now. Supported with IOS5.0.1

Does not work for me either. Sometimes can sometimes no. Mood swing always. Was on trial version before.

Tread is updated. Any Cydia apps related discussion/recommendation is to discussed in this tread.

Call blocker is alternative to iBlacklist. Dont think both is stable for IOS6 yet. Urge you not to try, will constantly bring you to safe mode loop.

Sbsetting is working like charm. One of users favourite. Try redownloading it

No Lockscreen Camera - Cydia tweak FREE
I really like the new one opposed to the old version. That plus now you don't have to doubletap the home button. And you don't have to slide your finger as far to the right to unlock. I'm just loving the function. But seems for you maybe the theme does not match.
