1. QuickDo
2. Activator

5. Winterboard

QuickDo is great apps for iphone cause its act as home button for iphone.

native iOS multitasking will leave apps paused in memory when you quit the app, thus cramp your RAM with unwanted apps, SwitcherMod will remove this app paused in memory automatically, unless you leave them running using Backgrounder.

activator is the answer....setting it to activate switcher(show application switcher) nod.gif

1.activator - Must have.. my stupid home button having issue nowday
2.Barrel 2 - nice animation,,
3.Winterboard - Good to customize theme..
4.bitesms - Wula.. better than factory sms
5.sbsetting - can on n off 3g, wifi, edge easily...
6.Typophone 4 - clock buider... nice unlock screen

btw is ur home button goes not sensitive.. ? should change the home flex button

not sure if this has been mentioned before, but i kinda like FakeClockUp.
it allows you to increase the speed of the animation rendering on iphone. launching app seems snappier
