Push Notification Doesn't Work, In my home WIFI, other wifi it works.

Push notification cant work when i using my house WIFI network. Iphone facing the same problems too. When Iphone using 3g or office WIFI, it works.
i search around they said its router/modem problems, but i cant find a solution for this,anyone can help ? My ipad2 is a problematic ipad...  first - severe screen bleeding, but i can live with it 2nd - my ipad2 hang twice already.... 3nd - my ipad is not glues properly, just notice it today.... my ipad 2 is engrave unit, if send to repair nid a long time i think  |

I can't remember where but I read it somewhere, in this forum, that it has to do with the settings of the router/modem to G band instead of N band or something like that. Not sure if it's related.
