hahha what so unique about f/7.1? i usually use the lowest f when its dar, or f/7.1 or f/11. higher than that quite rare.

bro im not sure whether you are trying to get a silhouette shot, but just too under expose if you ask me. think a hdr treatment for this would turn out great. just from my noob point of view.
