That's a relief. Now everyone can continue Lara Croft's adventure.
I almost thought it's gonna be like you read your favourite novel on your Google Play Book & can't wait for the next installment then suddenly it becomes Amazon Kindle exclusive.
Poor choice of word on Crystal Dynamics part.
*sighs of relief throughout the gaming community* I almost thought it's gonna be like you read your favourite novel on your Google Play Book & can't wait for the next installment then suddenly it becomes Amazon Kindle exclusive.
Poor choice of word on Crystal Dynamics part.
First, they pay to delay other platforms' DLC (that's when they are winning, 360 v PS3) now they upped the ante delay the game release on other platforms (when they are losing, XO v PS4). The words are specifically selected to appear 'exclusive', per Microsoft - Square Enix - Crystal Dynamics agreement.
People argued that Microsoft should have spend money on developing new IP instead. Well, with the money that they have, they are doing both.
I can understand the business tactic, but it still feels low, and leaves a lingering bad taste.
Same like when they announce their indie titles at gamescom conference.
Coming first on xbox...their bloody id@xbox dev program requires the developer to do that, not by the developer's choice.
