Aside from this, I would like to share my bad experience at Honda Sales & Service showroom at USJ Express. Back to July2011, I visit this showroom to look for NHC. The salesman who approached me doesnt seems like 'welcome' me. He never offer any discount/freebies & reluctantly help me to check my trade-in value for my Vios. So, I went to Kah Motor but they got no stock ready.Ended up getting my NHC at Westar Auto. Good service & great discount from them. Yesterday, I couldnt stand for the rattling noise anymore. Hence, go to the nearest service center which is USJ Express without making any appointment. Waited 30 minutes for being served but was told that only 'normal service' for walk-in customer, I gotta make appointment for fixing my dashboard. What is the so called 'normal service'? Nevermind, I walk off & call to Kah Motor Puchong Sevice center. They said just walk-in & will help me check the dashboard. Then I quickly drive there. Being served within 15minutes & about 2hour for the dashboard diagnosis. Done, the service advisor even ask me to go back any time w/o any appointment if found rattling noise again. I was so pleased with the service they provided.
