Just wondering, does not the new facelifted Honda City 2012 comes with the auto door locking as mentioned in the Honda's Manual provided as in pages 91-94? Tried, but somehow it does not work. (It did mentioned 'NOT AVAILABLE ON ALL MODELS' though). Thks.

Hi, anyone driving the new FHC'12 having this experience?
Notice that while driving on highways and pressing the accelerator,
the power surge is slow to respond. Is this the characteristic of the much touted "drive by wire" technology or something is wrong with my car.

From experience, the P.Saga BLM too seem to display such characteristic
and having the same 'drive by wire' technology.

Don't feel this driving my old Ford Lynx 1.8. Thks.

Went for my 5K servicing a few days ago at MH Prestige, BSDamansara. Service was fast, they changed only E.Oil & O.Filter plus "inspection", damaged around RM180 that after parts discount of 15% & redeem esurvey voucher claim of RM40. Was recommended to use Honda's full synthetic oil SM0W-20 (got RM10 rebate voucher), so try lah!

Initially got reservation about that EO but after reading the specs in the brochure decided on it. It says its a new EO specially formulated for NHC. Cost b4 discount RM150.59 (RM128 after 15% off).

You'll be informed thru' sms that you're succecssful and normally it'll take at least 2mths after u did the survey. Save the sms with the code given, redeem it at your next service.

Notice recently that the new HC'12 does not have/come with undercarriage rust proofing. Anyone did this recently. Pls do share the info (place done, cost etc) as I'm interested in doing so. Many thanks.

Better still, looks more 'kaw'and sporty, add the Modulo Kit, 5 pcs in all and not 4 as offered.

As long as the stock/standard rim/tyre is use, there should not be any problem with humps and bumps. Unless modification is made to the absorber and using lower profile tyre.

Can anyone recommend shops around KL/SJ/SK that does a good job at reasonable price for the above? Time for my ride to go for this 'spa'. Thks.
