hurting tyres is fine, until we get it punctured.
to avoid getting the rim scratched that easily, just change to 205 tyre.

Dude, I think this has nothing to do with the width of the tyres.... It should be the sidewall.... 205 is the "fatness" of the tyre...

Sidewall thin = rim scratch easily.. The original size is 55.... It's not low-profile at all....

Last week I asked for 205/50/16 PS3 and a shop in Cheras quote me RM480.

I'll try to get pictures for the V8(and FSB for those asking). I've been driving for 1k KM with the tyres. I feel the tires absorb uneven surface better, thus on the road, it feels softer than stock GY tire. However, the grip is much better especially in wet. Cornering is really good at high speed even with the softness feel. I haven't heard it slide yet but I haven't found corners that I'm comfortable with to fully test it.

Noise-wise, i can't really make a conclusion about it. Sometimes i think it sounds louder, sometimes, it's quieter.

Btw, here's a price list that I did through the tire survey:

205/50/16
PS3 RM480 - Cheras
S Drive RM370 -Cheras
Nexen n6000 RM270 - Jln Ipoh
ATR Sport RM215 - Jln Ipoh
V12 RM280- Tek Ming (with trade in)

195/50/16
A Drive R1 RM245 Tek Ming Sunway (with trade in)
Hankook V8 - RM245 Tek Ming (with trade in)

U dono how to drive issit?
NHC is faster than OHC, defnitely
City drive will definitely affect fuel consumption but keep in mind that VIOS fuel light comes at about 38 litres
while NHC comes at 30 litres only
so if u dare to drive up to 38 litres the fuel consumption is actually just as well, or possibly better  smile.gif

U sure NHC is faster than OHC?? U really sure? Based on what? Have u test driven the OHC before?

Even the current Vios is faster than NHC.... Or are u an ignorant fanboy? smile.gif

Yeah i'm sure
Based on gearbox and ratio differences
5MT > CVT

current Vios is faster in pickup, due to lesser weight
but lose in higher speed > 100kmh

No offense to you if you're still driving a OHC  smile.gif

U sure?? Did u join any car clubs, HCC or Team City?? Have u been to any Dyno tests to compare? Seriously...!!! U r the num 1 NHC fanboy in LYN smile.gif

5 MT > CVT? Dude, 7 speed manual mode will ta pow your 5 speed gears!! ]

Too bad I lost the YouTube video showing the 0-100 km/h comparison between OHC and NHC.. OHC 10 sec+ only.. NHC is 11 or 12 sec+....

U really made my Monday blues go away... tongue.gif

Oh yeah baby, I bought city way before inspira is even out
Test driven the 2.0P inspira, the torque rapes your old city inside out  rclxms.gif
But too bad, H.Civic is even more powerful with its K20Z
Was in need of a daily drive a.s.a.p so 1.5 liter engine is just about right

Sometimes with reverse psychology in effect, people tend to label other as what they actually are  laugh.gif

The fact that u quote me and attack my old City shows your fanboyness smile.gif No need to put all those stupid clap symbols.. Come dyno together then see whose car faster... smile.gif
