QUOTE(Rotuham @ Jun 28 2011, 12:46 AM) Well, i have some good news for you guys again.U can pose a question for one LFC player of your choice. If shortlisted, your question will be asked when they are zzz...i bet LSCM will monopolise the whole place and wont even let anyone else step foot nearby...here in KL in a Q&A session i think.I posed a question for Dagger regarding fans. So all the best.May your question be asked on the day http://www.standardchartered.com.my/person...estion_red.html Edit: I suggest that you guys try for the less 'popular' names coz i guess everyone will be submitting gerrard, suarez, reina, carragher and carroll. |

QUOTE(mamet @ Jun 28 2011, 04:40 PM) no hope d .. wtf? rather keep konchesky then."I want to win a trophy with Valencia next season,” Mata told SuperDeporte. “I've not planned anything different as I've a contract until 2015.” Liverpool are about to end their left-back search with a bid for West Ham's Wayne Bridge- soccernet |

QUOTE(loquenemy @ Jul 7 2011, 05:55 PM) thanks i have a couple shankly ones, from kinokuniya / borders.i already read fowler's carra's gerrard's and torres's but i try looking for more especially shankly's but couldn't find it at local book stores apart from the usual biographies, the last couple i read and liked was the already mentioned tommy smith's and also kennedy's way, https://bookweb.kinokuniya.co.jp/guest/cgi-...&AREA=05&LANG=E a few more general info ones are 'the kop', basically bout its history, https://bookweb.kinokuniya.co.jp/guest/cgi-...&AREA=05&LANG=E lfc miscellany, https://bookweb.kinokuniya.co.jp/guest/cgi-...&AREA=05&LANG=E 'tops of the kop', history of the kits from beginning til a few yrs ago...unfortunately, kinokuniya dont have stock of this right now. for a fun read, here we go gathering cups in may, https://bookweb.kinokuniya.co.jp/guest/cgi-...&AREA=05&LANG=E |

QUOTE(jimbet1337 @ Jul 2 2011, 02:43 AM) QUOTE(liverpool red @ Jul 2 2011, 07:07 AM) Better seek some answers from ticketpro about the tickets. Rather than in matchday end up in confusion. Very interesting indeed QUOTE(weichieh007 @ Jul 2 2011, 11:48 AM) I've just called ticket pro head office and confirmed that RM 108 tickets are indeed FREE SEATING ONLY. Number seating only available for RM388 ONLY. Premier seats only available to the Chelsea and Arsenal match only. got the answer.I dunno how and where your friend got the ticket but someone who sold the ticket might have made a mistake to give a number to that 108 tickets. I suggest that you verify the situation before it gets ugly on the day. Added on July 2, 2011, 11:58 am Ticketpro: Hotline +603 7880 7999 Fax +603 7880 4478 Email info@ticketpro.com.my they're bought directly from stand chart, which usually means 20% discount also for staff price...maybe more discount...but a friend in stand chart offered 20% discount before but i had already bought my ticket...zzz...tho i could always be one of those here who are trying to rip off lfc fans by selling more than its worth...zzz... that also means stand chart will have their own reserved section in the rm108 section which seems to be all in the green zone...i bet its all going to be right in front now working on proposal for getting my ass into the press conferences when all 3 teams come. i guess henderson would be gerrard's understudy...or perhaps to eventually take over kuyt's position as kuyt isnt getting any younger.

QUOTE(faizdtk @ Jul 8 2011, 11:00 AM) WTH!!! Why should we sell Lucas? He is the only defensive midfielder we have. I don't think Adam can defend as good as Lucas. LOL.i still remember a match during the last part of the season. carra was the one coming forward doing the job of lucas...and was the only one spraying passes upwards. |

like been mentioned elsewhere...
scouse fans are proud of their city...but they shouldnt look down on OOT as they are the ones keeping the team afloat. i cant remember the last time the starting 11 was more than half filled with scousers...i dont think it has ever happened either. |

QUOTE(Duke Red @ Jul 8 2011, 11:21 AM) granted but if you and i can be disappointed with the lackluster attitude towards the team by some of our brethren, what more them? Maybe it's wrong for them to generalise but like I said, I think they are becoming a little more accommodating to OOT, at least to those who know their stuff. like the saying goes - respect works both ways.its the same everywhere, if they are a jackass of a fan, no one is going to care about them. |

QUOTE(solstice818 @ Jul 8 2011, 11:45 AM) WTF? Did I read the wrong posts? Sell Lucas? He was easily the best player and the most consistent one in our squad. His main attribute isn't about him going forward but it's him breaking down the attack of the opponent. funny how couple seasons ago ppl were saying he's not a defensive midfielder, but should be unleashed in his natural position as a box to box attacking.Added on July 8, 2011, 11:50 am QUOTE(Duke Red @ Jul 8 2011, 11:40 AM) Well short of both sets of fans standing on opposite sides of the fence accusing the other of being an ass, I choose to take steps towards earning respect. Someone needs to make the first move and I feel that as 'foreigners' we should. well, if only a certain 'club' here would stop treating others like foreigners... Added on July 8, 2011, 11:54 am QUOTE(dundermifflin @ Jul 8 2011, 11:47 AM) nope, cos he spent his youth in scotland. This post has been edited by Everdying: Jul 8 2011, 11:54 AM |
