If you remember I mention double charging of fuel due to stock manifold restriction? If this is what's happening and causes misfire, I think you need to richen the pilot jetting a bit.

eh.. since u said stock manifold can cause misfire..
mine just now.. i ride back home.. then suddenly decided to go full throttle at the last stretch.. after that.. i got 3 misfire.. LOL.. 1st time.. LOL.. usually only 1 misfire.. but this time 3.. but not 3 sekali guls.. 1st time happen.. then after a few meter a way.. happen again.. then after that a few meter away.. again...
