If estimated at 9000 RPM, then it's calculated as 123kmh, accurate or not, need you to confirm the RPM at the time.

mybe its time to change clutch plate since i never change it..
last time i ask my friends.. they said use wave 100 clutch plate better.. ur opinion?

- That's what other forumers say since the beginning someone from long long time ago... mentioned that HLY LCES clutch is thinner and tak tahan, and Wave clutch is compatible. I remember it becoz I was the one to mention it when first join this club. So far, no one really verified if it is really a problem. Does your clutch slip?
Nothing wrong with ori clutch plates, and nothing wrong with Wave plates too. They are probably made by same local factories.

Actually, the service manual say check and lubricate almost everything at every 6000km. Overhaul is only on need basis. Sorry for the confusion. If EO jaga, the bike can go until 100,000km also no problem. Just need to change chain, sprocket, brakepads and faulty electricals along the way.

My excel file calculate at 8900RPM, 14/37 sprocket, you should be going at 121.65 kmh. thumbup.gif

Support me, download the Excel file in my siggy. rclxm9.gif

Normally, the shop will service your wallet. tongue.gif

It is up to you, unless you ask them to decide what to do for you. They can do anything you can imagine by referring to the service manual:
QUOTE
- Head service: Tapet, cam, camchain, cam bearing, cam roller, spring, valve clearance check, valve seat.
- Block, piston & ring: Clean carbon, check bearing, conrod, main bearing, water pump, replace oil/water seals, gaskets.
- Gearbox: Check gear, gearshaft, gear dog, clutch housing, plates
- Brake: Check pump, pump piston seal, caliper seal, clean whole brake system, change brake fluid, brake pads.
- Wheel bearings.
- Chain & sprocket.
- Radiator fluid level.
- Usual maintenance: Service carburator, change EO, OF, AF.

What bike again? Autoclutch type, right? Just find foreman to tighten the autoclutch.

For brakes, one day let you try my front disc brake, and see if u like it this way, then we talk.

ok, on the lever, where it touches the piston on the brake pump, put some grease to it. The piston should be a metal tip, with a rubber bush surrounding it. If you see the tip of the piston is makan one side, take a plier and turn it around so that the lever touches the thick side of the piston.
