Drill bit too big... could be 3mm or smaller?

@thianz: Since already you drill the thing, I suggest you go find a type of kasa dawai, called 'perforated net', to make your silencer.

Kinda like the below, except the diameter bigger... not too small, and slightly bigger than the manifold, or you will get a lot of restriction:

Hy guys,juz wanna ask something..my lc top can get 130 only..is there any light modification to increase it to 150 or 160?

and is already 3 years..

my next project -
1 - ori clutch plate
2 - ori timing chain

btw.. my electric starter is not functional..
before start bike.. i press gear 1.. then i press starter..
nothing happens.. usually the bike will on.. but this time is not..
anyone know whats wrong?

check batery
check wiring starter

or

hayat starter kau sudah sampai ...

battery just around 2months..
maybe its my starter lifetime already out..
one by one my bike parts out..

check dulu .. mayb button starter rosak jer ... jarang starter tu rosak ... or wiring problem ...

is much more better

@thianz - maybe after this just using kick starter..

@kaizzya - forgot what brand.. but its gel battery.. last time i ask foreman n my friends.. they recommended me to stick to ori parts of its bike.. thats mean.. just using lc parts.. dont use other parts..

feel like wana do it on the nobi pipe lah ....

just give suggestion if u want to feel difference since both r yamaha and it's bigger cc de spart part

of coz mostly ppl stay ori parts (only lc part) coz more easy to find compare to FZ150i and easy to maintain
and i also heard from my fren said rite now some FZ ori spare part still hardly able to get

well if can sumbat means it is compatible to use

i think i wanna find workshop who can do custom footrest for me..
my leg is too long for x1r.. last sunday ride to cameron.. its really hard to open my leg.. had to put alot of pressure on the footrest.
now my footrest seem like bengkok abit..
