Starting last week my motor got the "tik tik tik" sound, very anoying, so today went to NBH there to service my motor soon bian open engine to check the tik tik sound.

Hera are some pictures:

For those who want to know where is the radiator mia fan, it is behind the radiator itself:

Open the engine cover, found the culprit !!
Tighten the valve mia kaki = problem solved, no more tik tik sound thumbup.gif
Also found one of the pipe pecah a bit, see the black pipe hanging there one? I ask the foremand to replace the pipe.

Lucky the valve and spring still OK, if not need to spend more...

Total damage for today : RM35 (adjusting the valva mia kaki), + RM5 (black pipe) + RM2 (labour cost for changing EO).

After changing EO + tighten valve mia kaki = my bike now gooding again rclxm9.gif
Just now saw one new LC want to play with him, but he ride slow slow jer... doh.gif

NBH quite famous for chopping people mia head, but no choice lah, the foreman hand gooding ma...
Maybe because need to take down the whole cover only can open the engine, thats why he charge so expensive...
The EO i sendiri bawa one, thats he charge me RM2 for changing EO, knn ee... doh.gif
