huh? why need huddle?

when i try it, i just install the app, register an account, get some free calls credit and then i just need to have internet connection for my wifi, then i can already make calls and sms

i don't need the yes sim card or anything

my ipad is 3g, and i can use my maxis sim to connect to 3g and make sms, calls is abit suckier due to slow connection

I still don't understand the fascination with using iPad to make calls wacko.gif

I mean, if I have a phone + ipad, I will bring either just phone, or phone + ipad.

I don't see the point of bringing only the ipad when a phone is so much more convenient when needing to type sms, make calls or receive calls, especially when you're standing or walking.

No point. If you have a 3G data service already for your iPad, what's the point of wasting money buying the hurdle? LOL.

Put it like this, I am charging my iPhone at living room, and I am playing my iPad on my bed, if my iPad can call/SMS,, I can do so, if not I need get out of my bed just to send a SMS

Or put it like this, I am shitting at toilet , reading books on ibook while enjoicing, and suddenly I need to make an urgent call, my hp is not with me....but I still can call

Yes, a phone is a much better device as a phone, but I do met quite a few scenario when I wish I can call/SMS on my iPad, especially since I got a so card on it.

So yes, some people does need it.

PS: I am not a person depends heavily on phone, so I will definitely sold off my iPhone if iPad can make calls/SMS native

i wonder what will happen when a call comes in.

it looks cool to talk on the ipad :/

does it have a speaker on top? or do we have to turn on the speakerphone or plug in our headset to answer a call?

For ipad2, you don't need headset.. same as facetime, just that do not have face on it (as i tested using viber - not raplajingga's phoneitipad as yet)
