 how to claim TP Link warranty, how to claim TP Link warranty

hi brothers,

i plan to buy a lot of TP LINK Products , but before i buy i need to know how to claim Warranty.
i tried search online but failed, pls advice .....

claim from the shop u bought it la. else u ask them who is the supplier or distro in your area.

thx bro,

i just gave ALL IT a call, he said can send back to them within 1 year.
after 1 year can send back TP Link services center @ Lowyat 4th flr.

TP LINK warranty period = 1 + 1 year

actually the shop which u buy from give u 1 year warranty
and the item let say got 2 year warranty
if ur item in less than 1year got problem,then send it back to the shop where u buy,they will help u send to service centre with FOC
after 1year,i need to pay the fees

My experince on TP LINK ADSL modem was very good.

It is 1 to 1 swap if they have the stock. TP Link services center is located @ Lowyat 4th flr and bring alone with your original receipt.

Assuming I don’t have a receipt, since it wasn't mine, help a friend to claim warranty. Anyway to check if the warranty is still valid? Don't want go all the way to lowyat only to find it is expired.

You can try you luck there since you don't have the receipt with you. biggrin.gif

But under this kind of the case, they usually refer back to the manufactured date of the equipment.

I went there back few months ago to have 1-to-1 exchange for my wifi usb.

You need the receipt to claim warranty, there is a sign written no warranty without receipt in their office.
