i changed both. new component speakers put at front door. however i suggest u do some soundproofing to front doors if u wan put speakers there. cos when the bass kicks in, the door metal vibrate like hell. interfere my music experience.

If want to soundproof front door for sound system, do it properly.

Do not use insulflex, instead u should use damping material.

Depends on quality and brand, i DIY my front door, 3 layer damping+1 layer sound absorbing, around RM620 for material only, if done by shop, add RM180-200 for that.

The result is it can block the noise outside, stop the door, windows rattling and most important, even cheap speaker can sound nice.

If you just want the USB connectivity, change the HU.

If you want the better sound, sound proof and change speaker.

But honest speaking, stock speaker is 5'25' paper cone full range, bass still ok, mid and high range really muffle to my ear, even change HU also won't help.

so u dun recommend ppl to DIY..?

my pioneer hu 6350 fits nicely. no modifications needed.

Ya lo...since yu're gonna install a good tint finally, dun waste good $$$ on doing the cheap tint inbetween. A real waste!

i think u open the handle the wrong way....did u use the way to open this handle like the other one?
i mean how do i say this....palm is facing up...like open it like the old version handle
this handle you're suppose to put your thumb on the left side and push your thumb and at the same time pull the handle
i remember cuz the SC guy tell me be4...if u open it wrongly...the handle will broke

Dun think using rear demister wld cause that. I had 3M tint on all windows for myvold ride. I also used the demister quite often. No bubbles.

The only effect (after >15 years) was the lines of the heater element became more "prominent"...

IMHO Bubbling mainly due2 poor quality tint +/- poor workmanship?

or it might be the the quality of the tint film.. but that would be really bad quality already..

now I am really in a dilemma whether to put on a new tint or leave it with the stock tint for 1-2 years before changing it to a new one...

didn't know that saga FL comes with tint.. and the SA gave me tint voucher which i now find it abit rugi..

went to brothers they quote around 800-900 for the floor,4 doors and if got remainder add to the car trunk.
ask one of the lyners he quote Rm880 and that material just OEM not the STP.Besides that i found the autofoam they use a different method of soundproofing and guranteed good insulation but the price super expensive but it is overall the car i just did an estimation according to their price and it came up to 2.9k.

My 1.3 Auto has a slight jerk if & when:
1. RPM @arnd 4k...IAFM kicking in!
2. Aircon compressor kicks in...most probably yr prob? Coz yu hv "cit" sound mayb caused by belt slipping abit?

If can reproduce sound every time, best 2send 2SC if under warranty...
