guys, just wanna check this out since i found out lots of friends doing this. Is it safe to play your auto gear while you are driving. Like from stationary, start from L then 2 then 3 then D? Better fuel consumption ar? Will it damage the gear box?
*
do it once in a while is ok but not sure doing it long term...D is better
L for me....revs high while speed isn't really fast at all

im not so sure, because i never use fender bar, maybe it helps alot, but im suggesting the front strut bar , and front lower arm bar because i use them. hug the road better when cornering

u can try the fender bar, i would like to know the result too nod.gif

okay, getting quotation from my friend's shop now. ultra racing quoted me rm80 for installation. which is double the price of my friend's shop

just wanna add, on flat road i think just put D is enough, but if you are climbing steep like genting, somehow you need to shift down to 2nd-3rd gear, if not the car will crawl like snail

on flat road, i tried manual shifting before, slower than putting at D and press the accelerator..

1. FLX MT Executive will have ABS and EBD. And a Getrag gearbox instead of the old Aichi Kikkai one. We don't know how different the ratios are, nobody's tested the car yet. The AK shifts feel rubbery, the new gearbox should feel a lot better.

2. FLX MT Executive, of course thumbup.gif

According to the official specs, no, the manual is still faster and more efficient.

Go read test drive impressions.

One month into owning FL 1.6, already visit SC once >.<

But it was to check an issue with engine revving, SC say can't duplicate issue, if occur again come back, we will get engineer to drive with you. Standard reply la that one.

Otherwise, doing great. FC wise, didn't really calculate the first time, now using the tripmeter to see. Of course not expecting much, didn't buy this car for the FC.

Now just need to send my baby for a car wash tongue.gif
