instead of blocking they capping the speed. Even using google dns the speed reduced significantly .

only in newspaper wrote those 2. the complete list is in the letter. btw, anyone can clarify if those vpn and public dns really is the workaround to this problem? preferred P1 user, since P1 already block those sites, so if you use P1, change dns to google dns or public dns, can access those blocked sites ke?
