The one with antenna. Before this TM only using Dlink (white+orange colour). Now they also got Black 1 from TMRND.

Hi all, can anyone recommend me a wifi router with strong signal that can be used for unifi? Also need help with a good pci wifi card. Thx in advance for the tips.

How far is the distance between your room and the living room? No many ppl using tmrnd now. Unless if you loan it to those sifus to try it out else no one can answer you i think. This is IF you want the TM RND router to run in bridge mode.

as COMPLETE replacement for TM RND router. For this solution, you need to ensure that the signal can reach your room too. All of them have antenna of higher gain then d-link dir615-1.8dBi ( i think higher than TM RND also---someone please confirm this)  This means throw away the black thing and use just one of the router suggested. Another method, buy repeater or if you're sure that your room and living room is on same phase, get homeplug and connect to your room.

Every night around 9.30pm when I switch on btu and router, can't connect to internet. Always orange light. But after 10.30pm it connects and internet ok.
Is this congestion on their side? I been getting this since I got unifi...When are they gonna upgrade?

Have you flashed it or you just buy from the shop and did nothing on it then straight key in password on factory firmware after that?

Take a look. When you buy it, you should've asked the shop fellow to flash it to UniFi Custom Firmware for you else you need to DIY.
That router, yes, it supports unifi but need to flash it with customized firmware by TP-Link itself. What is firmware, if you asked. It's like BIOS in your PC. Assume if you don't know what is BIOS, just take it as the Operating system of your computer (Windows Vista/XP/7). The normal installaed OS(operating system) won't allow the router to connect to UniFi. The OS need to be modified by someone(don't care who he/she is) in order to make you be able to connect to UniFi. But in the case, you need to get that Custom Firmware for your router (I only take operating system as example. Doesn't mean you need to change your operating system), flash it (install it) and then only you can connect to UniFi. Now... Get it??

This mean STOCK FIRMWARE doesn't support UniFi. 

This part u need clarification from others. I'm just sharing the IDEA. Haven't done it on my own. haha...

Follow the instruction.. You will select the file to install it to the router through the web interface. Don't worry it's show as VLC file in your computer.

That's because your VLC set *.bin as VLC file type. No worries, just follow the guide and you'll be fine. Don't skip any step and read carefully.

if the channel require you to put the password, then is a premium channel where u need to pay. each passwd you entered in IPTV = pay money.

It also happen to me. They charge me RM8 every month for KID-DINO. When i try to test that channel it ask me to subscribe. 
Already file a report online. But they just closed the report without giving me any explanation.
