hi everyone,i know this is not really related to unifi,but.....
i applied unifi months ago and i terminated my streamyx somewhere around 07 June.to me surprise,they still send me bill asking me to pay for rm110+rm4(local call which i didn't make). anyone face such problem before?
i went directly to tm point there to terminate.my streamyx bill date is usually on 7th everymonth

i didn't call streamyx because i thought it is safest to go to tm point to terminate.i didn't know that they are so bad  i'm gonna call them tomorrow morning to argue with them wanted to know if they will charge me any call fee if i call to 100? really lesson learn.haiz.last time terminate dial up also not so ma fan.same procedure also.
hope they won't give me lots of excuses and want me to pay the bill.
