Doesn't work. I've been trying for the pass 3  days. The site keeps timing out after clicking the pay button. I called their customer support line and as usual, they didn't know it was down. Told me someone would call me to assist me. I told them I don't need any assistance. The freaking site is down! And people wonder why our country is going down hill. Duh....
