I have a question, if I apply do I have to terminate my home line or I still use my existing home line for house calls since I need to it for faxing documents?

QUOTE(vergas @ Jun 24 2011, 09:15 AM) No need to terminate the line. But you can fax/call using unifi line as well so not necessary to have 2 lines, unless u want to maintain the old number due to business contact etc. I need to have my old number for business. So I need to pay extra if I want to keep my old line?

If I were to terminate my old number, do I have to do it myself or they're going to terminate it for me?

I thought they're going to do it for me when I apply? Sorry, too many questions because I can't go to TM to ask now.

QUOTE(BlueWind @ Jun 27 2011, 08:12 PM) I can tell you that people who post here usually will have problems and those without any are keeping quiet including myself lol. Except for discussing with alternative solutions for wireless router. Well, that's good to hear. With all these rants I was beginning to think that Unifi is all cons and no pros.

I've got a question, is it necessary to change the wifi channel from time to time? I lost my connection just now and I called unifi, the guy told me to switch channel and it worked.

All the file sharing sites are slow, not sure if it's due to the maintenance they're doing or it's the throttling. Everything else is fine so I guess it's the latter.
