complete installation (new install) unifi today at 5.30pm , work great untill 7.30pm , unable to serve net , check and found that BTU optical link light is in red, suppose is green color , try on and off few time still same result , call hot-line , useless , no one pick up the call , write email to report at myunifi. kanasai service .
