i have an odd issue of not being able to access Google since 1am, anybody know what the problem is?

I noticed that my connection is slow at night especially with streaming sites. I watched The Daily Show in the afternoon, it played smoothly. But when I play the same episode during the night, it's not as smooth. Also noticed the same with Revision3 site.
