Biz5 user here in Bangsar. Quite disappointed with Unifi's service. One of the first users so been using for a year. At first, very stable - service never down. Last few weeks, service will be down every Friday or Saturday. On the DLink router, the orange internet light next to the power light will be on. Have to call Unifi help center to reset the port. Normally will be back up within 2 -3 hours.
This weekend was worse. Down on Friday evening for 2 hours and again yesterday for two hours. Technician blame the outage on 'heavy Unifi usage especially on Fridays and weekends'. Looks like the Unifi infrastructure is unable to handle even the current usage.
