If you can get the early installation than they will honour it. I register online and manage to get installation date after 5 days. Call them to confirm and yes they do came on the appointed date.

Owh..Thanks bro..
I fixed my appointment on 9th..
Need to call them to confirm the installation date right?

If u receive an email from TM containing ur installation date right after u apply n it states that ur installation is in 2-3 months time then u do no need to worry coz anything more then 1.5 month will b put into a special list plus atm when there's installation near ur house/area you'll have 70% chance of em doing urs aswell... i have cases where by my cust initial installation date is around 4 weeks but after a week they call me up saying thank you bcoz they thought i manage to get their installation done in a week...
*
Hi bro, i did received email from TM, but it doesn't state my installation time is in 2-3 months..
I just receive order ID email and order submission email.. smile.gif

I've applied for Unifi and got my installation date set for last Tuesday. The installer called me on Tuesday morning to confirm the installation at 2:30pm but did not show up. Tried to call him like 20 times and finally he answered at 7:00pm saying that he could not come as he was doing another installation at the same time slot.  vmad.gif

WTF ! Took half day leave just to wait for him but did not show up and did not answer my call.  vmad.gif

Then he promised he will come at 5:30pm on Wednesday to follow up on the installation. Rushed back 1 hour earlier from work the next day and he did not show up again. Tried to call him until 7:00pm and he answered my call. Told me he can't come because i did not reschedule the installation date with TM and he did not see any job order for the day.  vmad.gif

Tried to call Unifi hotline for 1 hour to complain but nobody answer. Finally gave up and send them a complain email. Till now no reply yet.  vmad.gif

Wahh, you use unifi set top box. When I got my unifi, the first thing I get rid is the phone and the set top box. I sold off both for almost RM200  laugh.gif . To me serve no purpose cause ALL my friends and relatives are using handphone and the set top box channel are rubbish. Online stream can do way x10 better than that.

Bro, i suggest you get a proper media player  smile.gif

reason he stated that is because as a friend, no money will be involved. Unless you up to it then he might come to you  laugh.gif
