You have to go TM Point and ask for termination.

At least that's what we did to terminate. They are on separate lines and different infrastructures, if they do it automatically for you, many will complain. So might as well leave it alone until customers request for the termination.

I can tell you that people who post here usually will have problems and those without any are keeping quiet including myself lol.

Except for discussing with alternative solutions for wireless router.

I think it's the ongoing "upgrading/maintenance" exercise that is affecting us.

want to ask about unifi installation.

based on unifi website, they recommend all installation devices (gateway, IPTV, Phone) to be near the TV.

if my computer located at my room, so meaning i've to access to the gateway using wifi? can they configure to use cable plug into my pc?

if cant, then i have to get a wireless devices so that i can connect my pc to the wifi router there. am i right?
*
It's not necessary to install all equipment near the TV. Like mine, the fiber cable is close to the telephone pole behind my house and there is a thing called homeplug if you really want to connect IPTV and your router placement is too far away.

I recommend you to buy a long cat 5e LAN cable. Quite cheap. 10meters can get only a rm20 i guess..

Homeplug is the better option IMHO.

hi, wana ask if connection of top box set with the router use wifi better or homeplug adaptor? If just add a normal wifi receiver on the top box set can use? How abt hd channel? Anyone can share? Thanks...

There is no way you can setup the STB with wifi adapter and as far as I know, you HAVE to connect it via ethernet cable. Use homeplug la.

Well the guide says it's not for wireless adapter, but if somebody manage to hook it up and stream IPTV wirelessly then I pull back my words. Have you tried it yourself?
