For the past 1 month, I've been having really bad speeds (think 56K modem) with Unifi. I complained to TM but all they did was change my router, which had no effect at all. A few pages back, there are people with the same issue. At around 3-4 AM onwards, the speed becomes ok.....until early afternoon.

The problem persists with a VPN, I don't think its throttling. Its just....something messed up on TM's end. Not sure what to do anymore...

When you say 'bad speeds', you're referring to DDL sites like fileserve and megaupload right?

Thanks for replying. I cannot find "change service password" anywhere on the page after logging in.
Pls provide picture if possible - I suspect my page is different.

Found it - had to click on "billing" to expose my billing address details and the "change service password" button.

Do you think that the main reason TM provides the crap DIR615 with poor wireless coverage so that users do not share them with the neighbours ?

even if u get weak signal, u should still able surf normally without high fluctuations..

It's around that 500+-. Highest should be around 600kB
