Why don't you just keep the old number?
They don't force you to terminate the line.

Well there's no additional monthly charge for the Unifi line. Which VIP package are you planning to get?

It's actually a pain for alarm user. Have to update a lot of parties and setup the alarm again. Sigh I dunno how I can connect the new line to my existing alarm. Sobs.

Well now days people hardly install alarm system. Most of my customer already uninstall their alarm system or either go for standalone alarm system already. Mostly now CCTV with remote monitoring.

Hey guys, got a damn RG-TMRND router. Ive configured the DIR615 to work with a ASUS RTN-16 before.
How do I link the RG-TMRND (to connect to BTU) to another router such as the ASUS RT-N12? Is the instructions the same as per the DIR615 router?

hello guys, I have a with a problem with my Residential Gateway (DIR-615) or maybe with the BTU. Last night I accidentally turned off my main switch and after that I try to restart the whole thing and connect to the Internet but can't. On the RG, the "Earth symbol" light is always colour "Orange" and the "Wave symbol" light is turned off. Usually both of them will be "light green" if there's no problem.

Please advice and thank you

Orange earth line means PPPOE connection fail.. Most probably their server, unless ur router corrupted the username & password. Sometime happen after power on & off.

Try re-entering unifi password in the router.

Applied for unifi more than a year ago. Made numerous calls to customer service and their answer was my area has no coverage. Finally a few months back, my area has coverage except one row of houses. My house is in this row of houses. Then 2 days ago unifi was installed in my next door neighbor's house. Call them and they said that only my neighbor's house is covered. Imagine only one house out of the whole row of houses is covered. Absolutely illogical

I think you should remove the monthly fee. It's not good to tell others staff price...
