Anybody use VPN, what is the impact on DL speed?

We all know those websites are mainly used (99.99%) for illegal purposes, so we do not really have any basis to complain against the government except that they promised not to censor the Internet.

Just hope that they do not implement it, if they do then hope that VPN can workaround it

It seems to me bandwidth costs is eating into TM/Government money so they want to put a stop to the heavy usage of bandwidth then can save costs, part of the subsidy reduction scheme
