IT like me will find ways to bypass it...

probably the real reason is rollout of unifi.

by introducing unifi yet tmnet doesnt want to fork out extra money to buy extra bandwidth.....

I have been barking bout unifi since long time. everyone puts a blind eye.

i already forecast drastic policy will be implemented to solve bottlenecks caused by unifi.

so, this isnt a big suprise anyway
