That's pretty stupid idea.
I'm in the middle of writing a journal collaborate with some overseas researcher. I have to send them my references in Endnote format through fileserve/megaupload because is almost 40mb... cant send through email. Now Malaysia, whats next? rapidshare? Do you think by merely blocking those fileserver we can reduce privacy? Retarded ministry.... |
