As of today, yes .. you're out of luck if you want to go by jailbreaks.me route .. but you can always use the traditional method. Only thing I believe, Apple has stopped validating 4.3.3 .. no idea if you can still go through cydia to get it validated.

@manejist, you're out of luck. Wait for iOS5 JB.

@oocyte, if it has been JB-ed before, you might be able to downgrade, otherwise, same as manejist .. you're out of luck. Why don't you ask the seller?
