Do not upgrade to 5.0.1
If you upgrade you may not do tethered JB so... i suggest all of you upgrade to iOS 5 while you still can once apple launch 5.0.1 .. you will be FORCED to upgrade to 5.0.1 and no more chance to do a tethered JB. |

If you have no SHSH there is point talking about downgrade/upgrade.
Unfortunately for 3G iPads even with SHSH you can't downgrade from ioS 5. |
