iOS 5.0.1 can do untethered jailbreak, just that have to wait longer compared to iOS 5.0.. But I guess it's not worth the wait unless some people want better battery life

Since Apple will not be signing for Ios 5 when 5.0.1 is officially released,does that mean that i have to upgrade my current 4.3.3 untethered jb to ios 5?While hoping that the jb community are working their @ss off on untethered ios 5 jb?

so now, stay wif jailbroken 4.3.3 or wait for JB then upgrade to ios5?

Depend on you. If you want to lose your jb and upgrade to iOS 5 for the sake of the new toys then be my guest. If you can't afford to lose your jb then just stay till untethered jb for iOS 5 comes.

Am pretty sure that the dev team is still working on the ios 5 exploit instead of ios 5.0.1 in which Apple manage to patch some of the exploits that the dev team discovered(particularly Charlie Miller)..in other words,the forthcoming untethered jb will be on iOS 5..my question is since Apple will not be signing ios5 anymore when ios 5.0.1 are to be released,dont u think we should upgrade to ios 5 first while waiting?and certainly it will be either on tethered or unjb atm..

But as for all the dev im pretty sure they will JB the latest version of ios
just to avoid majority of people cannot use the exploit.

cause with MuscleNerd showing the jailbroken ipad 2, i think a jailbreak version of ios 5 for ipad 2 is not that far.
