internet radio apps? alot of them.... but if u mean built in radio hardware nope

Local radio u can streaming like hot.fm etc etc. Just install apps in your ipad

Go to the App Store search for "Tunein Radio". There Should be a free one in the US store . Universal App . Pay 3 ringgit for the premium version if u want to record your radio for later listening or you just want to say thanks to the developers. A friend recommended it and it was truly great. Streaming through wifi or 3G radio stations around the world.
