Hi all, need some help. I'm playing PSV ver, using Elf, I got a main quest in stuck. At the town map, it keep asking me go to Ancient Temple Ruin & head to Lucain Behest to activate some magic. I do try there N times still not able to done it. Please kindly PM me the solution. Thank

I'm pretty sure that's the runes thingy which you can find the scriptures/writtings on the wall and you need to interact with it.

yes, correct. is a Rune Magic. i do try, some can activate, some cannot, some even missing 1. I stuck there 2 days.

Could you explain in more detail as to what point you are stuck? Is it at the last point of the dungeon where u need to activate the golem?

You should start beating the game and raise the difficulty! It's getting more challenging if you don't lvl up and get good equipment... Even those higher lvl players still get slaughtered easily when they got outnumbered...

I for one, can't remember the damn combination for nuts.
So all I tend to do is just try different combination when the scriptures for the runes appears.
I'm sure you'll get it eventually, unless you're missing the coloured stone which you can buy from Lucain's shop.

I was asking to head to Ancient Temple Ruin where Lucain Behest, activate some Rune Magic (script on the wall). I not sure is activate the golem or not. Maybe tonight i try capture screen for more detail.

Nevermind! This is not the one I thought you were stuck at... It's the previous message where you will run into some lifeless statues...

I think I'm almost done though, just left like a few more stages or something.
Currently, I'm lvl30+ can't recall the exact amount.

Yeap, since you're at that location you've just mentioned it's no wonder you don't have access to it yet.
Just try random combinations if you really don't know

Some are just quests requirement... you won't miss them... and so you won't get to use them much...
You don't need to cast them in order, which is a good thing!

Those you normally see are usually offensive/buffs rune magic:
TTF, ECG, CSW, GWS, PTF, DBG, PAD, SOL, SOD
I in particular remember the actual name of the rune magic rather than the abbreviation somehow...

Rarer you'll find:
DSB, THF, TPI...

Thinking of playing Dwarf, he looks bloody fun to use

at 1st i also stuck, but the quest description is misleading. you're supposed to go conqueror sanctuary, not ancient temple ruins, the 1st map.

well that was how i got stuck, but i move on to conqueror sanctuary and progress from there.

I guess it's a translation mistake for the US release...

It is very clear in JP ver... one is Ruin of Ancient Temple and the other is Ruin of Old Royal City, literally...

It is... The only bad thing about Dwarf is... poor anti air attack and air combo... grapple is awesome, but can be troublesome sometimes as you might not meant to grab the enemy and while you are holding the enemy, you're vulnerable!

I am not sure if this applies to other melee classes... I thought the megasmash was invincible, but it happened once I got frozen by orc high mage (seen in hard mode) during the animation. As far as I've observed, the invincible frame last as long as his arms are still holding up, but this case it wasn't...

Yeah, I can see that judging from how the AI gets slaughtered so easily when the bosses are flying in the air.
Plus how he just gets knocked back each time he's carrying something.

But we'll see, all of the classes are fun to use anyway and we need to finish all of them for trophy.

This game looks very addictive from the videos...

U guys bought R1 or R3? I saw sellers selling R1 copy which comes with artbook.. Slightly more expensive than R3 only..

Any other differences between R1 or R3?

Region doesn't matter when it comes to Multiplayer other than that I'm not sure what are the differences when it comes to the future DLCs.

Physical differences... none other than the one you've mentioned.
