Just wait for them to announce more info on how to exchange your Vita cartridge.

It seems people who bought the game from PSN does not have problem downloading the patch. That's why got some people say they can download the patch.

Sony centre is for sales only. But you can try asking those people there.

If you cannot exchange it there, then you have to go to Sony Style service centre at The Curve to exchange. They will announce the date to exchange on Asia Playstation website later.

Wow... Glad I never look back to MY server for games except those games I had bought from it unknowingly... Now I only wish Sony allows me to transfer my digital copies from MY to HK account... Well, like hell they will and Sony MY is just very bad in terms of customer support in the gaming department based on my 1st hand experience...
*
This issue has nothing to do with Sony MY & only affects the VITA memory card version of the game. All other version works fine.

SCE HK is responsible for this & they are in charge of PS games & console for the Asia region. Sony MY is just a distributor for SCE HK only.

What do you mean memory card version? Digital download?
Whatsoever, I learned the only affected was the VITA Cartridge R3 English...

Anyway, my point is since Sony MY is just a distributor, you won't expect much support or just slow response from them...
*
I mean the Vita cartridge version. Vita digital download is not affected.

Atlus just announced that a new patch is available starting today for the Japanese version of Dragon’s Crown on both PS3 and PS Vita. Since the first patch was translated rather quickly, we can probably expect it to come to the North American version soon as well.

Here are the relevant changes:
◦Improved operation stability under certain circumstances.
◦It’s now possible to toggle the option to join the Labyrinth of Chaos in the online gameplay menu.
◦A triangular cursor at the bottom of the screen will improve visibility of one’s character.
◦Raised the upper limit of the MP of the Wizard. The power of his magic has also been improved.
◦Scenario progression is now shared between multiple characters in the offline multiplayer mode on PS3.
◦If there’s a connection error during online gameplay the same stage will restart without returning to town.
◦The Amazon’s parry chance during berserker state has been raised.
◦The Neck Splitter move of the Amazon can now be canceled.
◦The effects of the skills of each class have been tweaked.
◦Other minor changes were made to improve the system across the board, user friendliness and comfort of play.

The patch notes also mention that a third update is being prepared and further information will be shared at a later date.

i ask the person where to change the game at the counter near by the game section. Then the supervisor ask me where i buy this game. i say at pj area.then he say he cant change for me,i must go back to the shop i buy from to exchange. WTF....
*
I think they refuse to exchange the game for you because they found out a lot of people who exchange the game didn't buy it from sony style or sony centre or from one of the playstation focus shops in Malaysia.

but its sony product, why they cant change for it? we are not use pirate version to exchange.
*
if you buy ps3 from Singapore & want to send it to sony Malaysia for service, they won't accept it.

same thing for games. if you didn't buy it from Malaysia sony stores, you can't exchange it with them.

I think this is because sony does not have international warranty for their products. only local warranty.

ofcoz from game shop. or u mean next time we better travel far to KLCC to buy instead of buy it at somewhere nearby? do u think its ok ?game buy from malaysia cant exchange at sony center malaysia?
*
game shop usually get their stock from other sources & not from sony. that's why they won't exchange it from you.

KLCC is not the only sony store in Malaysia. You can see the full list of sony stores & official playstation focus stores here: http://asia.playstation.com/my/en/support/wheretoshop

if you are not satisfied, you can always call SCE Asia customer service at 1300-88-1233 & complain to them.
