Taking into the account the PS4 cost so much more and the Wii U has the gamepad, the Wii U is a very attractive option.
Nintendo basically sacrifice the hardware specs for the gamepad. Whether it is a smart move or not is yet to be seen. So far for me, Wii U>Ps4. PS4 is just a juiced up PS3 with close to none exclusive games.
I agree that Wii U currently have more interesting games that I want to play than PS4.
Hardware wise, it is fine.
Since PS3 and Xbox360, the graphics have reached a stage where the leap in graphics are not as dramatic (EG: SNES -> N64 or PS2 -> PS3).
What developers have neglected is fun and gameplay. They seem to focus too much on graphics, technical specs (60fps, 1080p!) etc...
I still love the old school 8 bit and 16 bit era. Hard games but they are so memorable and fun.
Nowadays, games are commonly mature hardcore shooters and 3rd person stuffs.
Where's the fun?
