Hehe I dont know about you guys, but JV9 seems to work great for me, yesterday I got 23hrs of battery life and still had about 50% of battery.

Did lots of twitter, data on all the time (on edge) angry birds, and a few calls here and there. Will show new update for today, capture a screenshot. laugh.gif And have yet to convert to ext4, I'm on k15h-t4 kernel btw laugh.gif

So far so good for F1 JVP Mod V5...I would say it is as fast as darky v10.1.  Very smooth.

What I don't like is that there is only 1 lockscreen and 1 Samsung Keyboard.  Hope that he will add the 5 lockscreen in future release.

This are the extra features add to the stock XXJVP...
• Based on XXJVP Firmware
• Multi CSC
• De-odexed
• Rooted
• Busybox installed
• Superuser installed
• Zip-Aligned
• All Samsung Apps
• No 3rd Party Apps
• Build.prop Modifications
• CWM 2 & 3 Compatible
• init.d Support
• LagFix Support
• Dark Core Kernel
• Voodoo Lagfix
• Quadrant Score 1900+
• CRT Off Animation (Enable all animations in display settings)
• Translucent Background in TouchWiz
• No Tile Background Under Apps Icons in TouchWiz
• Landscape in TouchWiz
• Extended Power Menu (Reboot, Recovery & Download)
• % Percentage Battery Icon
• Nexus S Connectivity Icons
• Dialer Landscape Support
• Huge Apns List
• 3D fix (No more blur in 3D Launchers and Apps)
• SIP Calling (Also works with 3G)
• Hacked Browser (16+ Tabs)
• Hacked Camera App (Low Battery + Shutter + Shoot From Power Button)
• Landscape in TouchWiz Launcher
• Juwe's RAM Optimization Script
• AOSP Lockscreen
• Hacked AdBlock Host File (No more Ads in Apps and Games)
• BLN Support (Requires BLN Control App from Market)

everytime there's mentioning of Apple, there'll be 2-3 pages arguing which one is better, time and time again. why don't create a new thread called, "APPLE VS ANDROID" ?

after install 2.3.4.. my market from PC no longer able to send apps over the air to my phone..  any idea??

QUOTE(Neomax3 @ Jun 14 2011, 10:21 AM)
is it because JVP still don't have Malaysia CSC (XME) hence market cannot detect our phone? Just my theory.. correct me if I'm wrong

Gonna stick with my single core SGS + CM7 until either a Google Experience dual core (or quad core) phone (Nexus 3?) is released with Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich?). SGS is fast enough and powerful enough for my needs for now and CM7 is so much fun, with continuous updates.  thumbup.gif  thumbup.gif

Anyone using F1 JVP roms which would like to have more lockscreen can try out this theme...

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=985053

Its got 9 lockscreen.  Just remember to set the custom applications in some of the lockscreen which support it.  I am using it for 2 days now and so far no problem.

Here are some screencapture..
Select lockcreen menu in Display menu.

The best lockscreen for me because its the most functional lockscreen

you have to flash to cm7 or miui first(check first page how to flash to). when you are on both of this rom you already have built in cwm. so flash via cwm.
