just share some of my pricing from my sub-con.....

for internal...

example ur living hall got 3 wall is

1-Left side,10ft(H) X 30ft(L)
2-Right side,10ft(H) X 30ft(L)
3-Ending side,10ft(H) x 10ft(L)

so total is 700 sqft for the wall painting.

RM 1.0/sqft for ici maxilite
RM 1.8/sqft for ici pentalite

so if 700 sqft x RM 1.8 (pentalite) = RM 1,260

roughly calculation...

ya,this only for the living hall,according to the wall....if u wanted to count

just use

from btm to top, how many feet

and times with full length of the wall...

normally height is 10feet la..without plaster ceilling...

and depends how u talk with contractor ....

if u deal with him only paint...maybe he will charge higher la...

if u got more works with him like work of plaster ceilling, M&E ...

he might discount or offer cheaper price...

and

u wanted ask him to supply and paint or just supply worker?
