- Skimming to make wall smooth for Pearl Go painting ( Whole internal)

- 5 workers

Cost RM3500 after barganing.. The Contractor is very friendly as i am quite stern with the requirement. Daily audit the wall and ask them to patch any place even go small air pocket holes hehe

Lastly he will show you his workmanship by hitting the middle of each tiles with a stick to check the sound for any air pocket but all was 100% pass..

Then he tried to flood the area for few hours at the upstairs and then we go to the ground floor inspect it was good..


Please note that before that the house was leaking badly whenever bathroom toilet was in used whereby you can see the water dripping like crazy when we remove the plaster ceiling..

did you ask him to paint all the door and door frame?
Yes and the all the Window Grill, Outdoor Fence and Gate. ( Meaning the whole house)

What is the price if without skim coat on your case?
Without Skim Coat i am not sure but i believe it is negotiable with him. Why not call him and ask him to quote..
